You will want to know that you enjoy working with your personal trainer. A good relationship will make the training more fun. So I offer free taster sessions to let you find out whether we get on, and explain a little more about my approach to PT. In the session you will:
– Get to know me and my approach to training.
– Have a chance to explain your goals and why you are considering personal training as a way to achieve them
– Tell me how much time you want to commit to training
– Discuss the type of programme I will design for you
